You will collaborate with sales, tech support, and accounting to resolve inquiries, process orders, manage returns and shipments, and deliver accurate data while offering troubleshooting and excellent customer service.

• Process orders accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Provide troubleshooting support and escalate as needed.
• Work with Accounting to resolve invoicing issues.
• Undertake additional administrative duties as required.
