Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with customers in assigned territory by outbound calls.
• Meet and exceed quarterly opportunity goal.
• Partner with the Territory Sales Representative to increase customer retention through cross-selling and up-selling.
• Partner with the Territory Sales Representative to help facilitate the sales process from opportunity to close.
• Assist in managing the quotation process alongside the field sales group to improve top line sales revenue.
• Collect customer feedback data and market information.
• Partner with the Diagnostic Sales Team to generate opportunities.
• Maintain CRM database per company guidelines.
• Other customer service duties as required.
