Job summary

Terumo Aortic is seeking a Warehouse Associate to process receipt, storage, packing, and shipping of materials. The role includes leading warehouse activities in the absence of a Group Lead and supporting cross‑department shipping needs.

You will maintain quality and safety, support inventory counts, and ensure documentation accuracy while upholding company policies. Strong SAP WM, Excel, and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in SAP Advanced Warehousing applications.
  • Knowledge of Word and Excel to perform basic word processing and inventory spreadsheet reports.
  • Highly organized and detailed oriented.
  • Ability to prioritize work schedules and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Basic math and ability to use a calculator.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to lift packages up to 25 lbs.
  • Able to work overtime.
  • Able to handle closed containers of adhesives and chemicals.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and assign Warehouse Associates daily tasks and priorities during group lead absence.
  • Provide and support Warehouse Associate training needs.
  • Support and enforce guidelines to maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Daily set-up, ensuring supplies, materials, and documentation are available for the scheduled work.
  • Prepare shipping waybills and documentation and assist with boxing and shipments.
  • Complete daily cycle counting and support reconciliation activities.

POSITION IN ORGANISATION

KEY DUTIES
  • Ensure compliance to quality system requirements for areas of responsibility.
  • Support and enforce safety TA policy.
  • Perform assigned Warehouse task while adhere to company policies, Work instructions and SOPs.
  • Oversee and assign Warehouse Associates daily tasks and priorities during group lead absence.
  • Provide and support Warehouse Associate training needs.
  • Participate in planning and execution of continuous improvement tasks to achieve Warehouse Area KPIs
  • Support and enforce guidelines to maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Performed assigned daily tasks and priorities.
  • Daily set-up, ensuring supplies, materials, and documentation are available for the scheduled work.
  • Identify, communicate, and respond to potential problems with materials, tools, etc. in a timely manner.
  • Comply with training requirements.
  • Support inventory counts and reconciliation activities.
  • Provide service to Production areas on timely manner.
  • Maintain records of applicable documentation.
  • Assist with plant facilities and maintenance as needed.
  • Support and work with other departments to resolve problems.
  • Segregate and identify material.
  • Preparation of shipping waybills and documentation
  • Assist other departments with boxing, preparation of waybills and shipments.
  • Maintain records of applicable documentation.
  • Complete daily cycle counting in the warehouse timely and support reconciliation activities.
  • Assist with plant facilities and maintenance as needed.
  • Complete any additional tasks as assigned by Manager or Group Lead
REQUIREMENTS
  • Must work within requirements of company handbook and policy statements.
