Job summary

Miltenyi Biotec is seeking a warehouse associate to support daily operations in a regulated environment. You will handle, label, store, and ship materials in line with cGMP and GDP, with emphasis on accuracy and procedural discipline.

The role involves operating PIT equipment, using SAP ERP and RF systems, inspecting materials, labeling, packing, and preparing outbound shipments including hazardous materials. A HS diploma or GED plus 1+ year in a regulated setting is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED plus 1+ year experience in a regulated cGMP material management environment.
• Experience with SAP and basic ERP/RF systems in a biomanufacturing setting.
• Ability to safely operate PIT equipment and follow safety SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Operate PITs (electric pallet jacks, turret truck) safely.
• Process basic ERP transactions and data entry in SAP/RF systems.
• Receive, inspect, and document incoming materials per GDP.
• Label, stage, store, and organize materials including cold storage.
• Pick, pack, and ship orders, including hazardous materials, per cGMP.
