As a part of our team, you will provide crucial support to hospitals and surgery centers across the nation. In this role, close collaboration with the sales, tech support, accounting, and order fulfillment teams is essential to guarantee the satisfaction of our accounts' needs and expectations. This is an in-person position.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the Sales Team to address daily customer requests.
• Communicate effectively with customers through phone and email, offering knowledgeable responses to inquiries related to product specifications, pricing, and availability.
• Engage with hospitals and surgery centers across the nation to efficiently manage product returns, shipping, and order status inquiries.
• Process orders in a fast-paced environment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Provide troubleshooting support to customers, assisting in resolving product or transaction issues and directing them to the appropriate personnel when necessary.
• Work in tandem with the Accounting department to resolve invoicing issues.
• Undertake additional administrative duties, as required
