Job summary

IQVIA seeks an Associate Territory Representative to drive new prescriptions in outpatient urology/urogynecology clinics. You will build your own territory, prospecting daily with a high-volume sales approach and training provided to master the clinical messaging.

Ideal candidates have a proven, metrics-driven sales background, a Bachelor's degree, and willingness to travel physically within the territory. This is a clear path to Territory Manager roles and beyond.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel daily.
• Entry point into medical device sales with training provided.
• Proven track record in metrics-driven sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and call on outpatient clinics across assigned geography.
• Educate clinicians on clinical and patient benefits of products.
• Drive new prescription volume by converting prescribers.
• Build and manage territory pipeline with CRM data.
• Conduct in-clinic education and product demonstrations.
• Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Plan routes and manage territory budget.
