Job summary

IQVIA in Akron, OH is seeking an Associate Territory Representative to drive medical device sales in outpatient urology clinics. This entry-level hunter role requires building a territory, educating clinicians on urinary management products, and converting prescribers to increase prescriptions.

You will manage routes, targets, and a territory budget while performing in-clinic education and product demonstrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel daily within the territory.
• No medical or clinical experience required.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, target, and call on outpatient urology and urogynecology clinics across your assigned geography.
• Educate physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and clinic staff on the clinical and patient benefits of products.
• Drive new prescription volume by converting prescribers and expanding usage within existing accounts.
• Build and manage a territory pipeline, maintaining accurate activity and opportunity data in the CRM.
• Execute in-clinic education, product demonstrations, and follow-up with clinical staff.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales activity and revenue targets.
• Operate your territory like a business: plan routes, prioritize targets, and manage your expense budget responsibly.
