IQVIA is hiring for an Associate Territory Representative in Louisville, KY. This is a pure hunter role in medical device sales, focusing on outpatient urology and urogynecology clinics.

You will build your own territory, prospecting with high call volumes and strong clinical messaging to drive prescriptions. You don’t need prior medical experience—just a proven track record in metrics-driven sales and the drive to succeed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel daily within the territory.
• 2–4 years of B2B sales experience with quota achievement.
• Experience at companies known for strong sales training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and call on outpatient urology/urogynecology clinics in the assigned geography.
• Educate clinicians and clinic staff on product benefits.
• Drive new prescription volume and expand usage in existing accounts.
• Build and manage a territory pipeline in the CRM.
• Execute in-clinic education and product demonstrations.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Plan routes and manage territory budget.
