Job summary

Tethered Talent is seeking a high-energy field salesperson to own and grow the New England territory, selling medical device and IT mounting solutions to hospitals.

The role requires prospecting, product demos, managing the sales cycle and closing deals, with regular multi-state travel.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years outside B2B sales and a structured process; base and uncapped commissions drive earnings, with total compensation around $133K at plan and potential over $200K.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of outside B2B sales experience.
• Formal sales training and a structured sales process preferred.
• Ability to prospect, open new accounts, grow a territory, and close deals.
• Willingness to travel regularly across multi-state territory.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new clients and develop relationships.
• Deliver product demonstrations of medical device and IT mounting solutions.
• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead to close.
• Travel regularly for in-person meetings and demonstrations.
• Hit revenue targets within the New England territory.
