Job summary

Accordance Search Group is seeking an Associate-level professional to join the medical device sales team in the ophthalmic field. You will train customers, optimize practice workflows, and partner with Territory Managers to expand adoption and revenue.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 1–3 years in B2B sales, and healthcare or optometric experience, plus strong communication and coaching skills. Base salary plus monthly bonus supports a strong first-year OTE.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of B2B sales experience.
• Clinical experience in an optometric/ophthalmic or healthcare field.
• Experience in training and/or coaching.
• Knowledge of market access and reimbursement.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-office training and product integration to ensure a positive initial experience and subsequent utilisation growth.
• Create a comprehensive plan for each practice to optimise practice flow and support patient identification and treatment within a reimbursed environment.
• Work closely with Territory Manager to become a trusted partner to new and existing accounts.
• Produce consistent touch points with assigned accounts through identified frequency goals.
• Understand each customer’s priorities and drivers, along with their related challenges and opportunities, and implement solutions that meet their needs.
