Job summary

Treace in Hoboken, NJ seeks a Sales Representative to deliver impact by becoming a subject matter expert in Treace Medical products and procedures, supporting surgeons and OR teams for optimal patient outcomes. You will strategize for growth by building and maintaining relationships, following up on company-generated leads, and driving customer conversion.

You will also train for excellence, coordinate product training for surgeons in didactic and hands-on cadaveric settings, and foster strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of field sales experience.
• Ability to travel locally up to 90% and overnight up to 20%.
• Experience supporting surgeons in operating room environments.
• Hospital credentialing readiness and the capability to manage emergency support scenarios.
• Valid driver’s license and current vehicle insurance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver impact: become SME in Treace Medical’s products and procedures, supporting surgeons and OR teams for patient outcomes.
• Strategize for growth: build new relationships, follow up on leads, drive conversion.
• Provide feedback to innovate: collaborate with marketing to improve product design and user satisfaction.
• Train for excellence: plan and execute product training for surgeons in didactic and hands-on (cadaveric) settings.
• Foster relationships: maintain strong links with key accounts to expand market development and ensure service continuity.
