Job summary

Treace in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Sales Representative to become a subject matter expert in Treace Medical’s products and procedures, supporting surgeons and operating room teams for optimal patient outcomes.

You will build and maintain relationships, drive customer conversions, collaborate with marketing to improve products, and lead training for surgeons, including cadaveric sessions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of field sales experience.
• Willingness to travel locally up to 90% and overnight up to 20%.
• Experience supporting surgeons in operating room environments.
• Hospital credentialing readiness and the capability to manage emergency support scenarios.
• Valid driver’s license and current vehicle insurance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver impact by becoming a subject matter expert on Treace Medical products and procedures for surgeons and OR teams.
• Strategize for growth by building new relationships and following up on company-generated leads to drive conversions.
• Provide feedback to marketing to improve product design and user satisfaction.
• Plan and execute product training for surgeons, including didactic and hands-on cadaveric sessions.
• Foster relationships with key accounts to expand market development and ensure service continuity.
