Job summary

Treace is seeking a Sales Representative to expand the direct sales footprint with surgeons and hospital teams, becoming a subject matter expert on Treace Medical’s products and driving key account relationships.

Expect substantial local travel (up to 90%) and occasional overnight travel (up to 20%). You will deliver product trainings, support clinical teams, and collaborate with marketing to optimize outcomes and adoption.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of successful field sales experience.
• The ability to travel locally (up to 90%) and overnight (up to 20%).
• Experience supporting surgeons in operating room environments.
• Hospital credentialing readiness and the capability to manage emergency support scenarios.
• A valid driver’s license and current vehicle insurance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Impact: Become a subject matter expert in Treace Medical’s products and procedures, supporting surgeons and operating room teams for optimal patient outcomes.
• Strategize for Growth: Build and maintain new customer relationships, follow up on company-generated leads, and drive customer conversion consistently.
• Provide Feedback to Innovate: Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance product design and improve user satisfaction.
• Train for Excellence: Plan, coordinate, and execute product training for surgeons in both didactic and hands-on (cadaveric) settings.
• Foster Relationships: Maintain strong links with key accounts to further sales, expand market development, and ensure service continuity.
