Job summary

Treace Medical Technologies is recruiting a Sales Representative to become a leading product expert, supporting surgeons and OR teams for optimal patient outcomes. You will build new customer relationships, follow up on leads, and drive conversions with a proactive, team-driven approach.

You will coordinate product training for surgeons, maintain strong accounts, and collaborate with marketing to refine offerings while traveling locally and overnight as needed.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of successful field sales experience.
• The ability to travel locally (up to 90%) and overnight (up to 20%).
• Experience supporting surgeons in operating room environments.
• Hospital credentialing readiness and the capability to manage emergency support scenarios.
• A valid driver’s license and current vehicle insurance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Impact: Become a subject matter expert in Treace Medical’s products and procedures, supporting surgeons and OR teams for optimal patient outcomes.
• Strategize for Growth: Build and maintain new customer relationships and drive conversions.
• Provide Feedback to Innovate: Collaborate with marketing to improve product design and user satisfaction.
• Train for Excellence: Plan, coordinate, and execute product training for surgeons (didactic and hands-on).
• Foster Relationships: Maintain strong links with key accounts to expand sales and ensure service continuity.
