Job summary

Rainier Surgical in Seattle is seeking an Associate Sales Representative to support medical device and DME sales within a defined healthcare territory in the Seattle area. This is a hybrid sales and service role designed as a clear pathway into a Territory Sales Manager position.

You will build relationships with hospitals, clinics, and physician offices, delivering orthopaedic bracing and DME products, educating staff, and ensuring smooth operations across clinical settings.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service, healthcare, or sales experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable working in hospital and clinical environments.
• Self-motivated with a desire to grow into medical sales.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Medical device, DME, or healthcare sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and identify new referral sources within hospitals and clinics.
• Build and manage a target account list; conduct introductory sales calls.
• Develop and maintain new referral relationships; support territory revenue growth.
