Rainier Surgical is seeking an Associate Sales Representative to support medical device and DME sales within Seattle and surrounding territory, in a hybrid sales/service role.

The position offers growth toward a Territory Sales Manager role, with a base salary plus commission, auto allowance, and full benefits. Candidates should have 2+ years in sales or healthcare, and a drive to advance in medical sales.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service, healthcare, or sales experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable working in hospital and clinical environments.
• Self-motivated with a desire to grow into medical sales.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Medical device, DME, or healthcare sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and identify new referral sources within hospitals, urgent cares, orthopedic groups, and physician offices.
• Build and manage a target account list.
