Job summary

Acumed LLC, part of Marmon Holdings, backed by Berkshire Hathaway, is seeking an Associate Sales Representative to exceed sales quota within an assigned territory by delivering Acumed products on time and providing high‑quality technical assistance in the operating room.

You’ll identify new business opportunities, execute targeted strategies for accounts, maintain CRM records, and collaborate with surgeons and hospitals while upholding ethics and compliance in all interactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 0–2 years of sales experience, preferably in medical devices.
• Experience building relationships with surgeons and hospitals.
• Ability to gain hospital credentialing.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and deliver tailored responses.
• Conduct field sales calls and OR consultations.
• Provide post-sale follow up and coordinate deliveries.
• Maintain customer records in the CRM per company standards.
• Communicate product updates and new offerings to accounts.
• Support marketing strategies and trade show presence as needed.
