Job summary

Acumed LLC, part of Marmon Holdings and backed by Berkshire Hathaway, is seeking a Sales Representative in Fort Lauderdale. You will exceed sales quotas by delivering Acumed products with high-quality technical support in the operating room and driving market adoption.

You’ll develop targeted strategies, nurture physician relationships, and manage a robust CRM for accounts across your territory. The role requires collaboration with surgeons and hospitals, field sales calls, and timely post-sale

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business or medical discipline or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years demonstrated sales experience in medical devices (preferred).
• 9-12 month Acumed Sales Rep experience preferred.
• Excellent analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with physicians and other surgical personnel.
• Knowledge of sales principles, methods, and CRM systems.
• Must be comfortable in emergency/operating room environments and able to gain hospital credentials.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Execute business plans to identify and close new business in the assigned territory.
• Identify needs of new prospects and prepare tailored responses (written, phone, in-person).
• Perform field sales calls including on-call and OR consultations.
• Provide post-sale follow-up and coordinate product delivery/training.
• Communicate product updates and portfolio changes to accounts.
• Cross-sell additional products and introduce new offerings to customers.
