Laerdal Medical Corporation in Gatesville, TX is seeking a hands-on Technical Product Repair Specialist to diagnose, repair, test, and maintain medical devices and simulation equipment. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues while delivering dependable performance and a positive customer experience.

The role requires strong technical skills, a 2-year technology degree (preferred) and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Monday–Friday, daytime hours.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in technical support or computer repair.
• Two-year tech degree preferred.
• Networking knowledge.
• Proficient with Microsoft platforms.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, calibrate, and maintain medical devices and simulation equipment.
• Diagnose hardware, software, and networking issues.
• Test repaired products to ensure quality and performance standards.
• Support warranty and non-warranty repairs and assist with new product testing.
• Communicate with customers regarding repair status, diagnostics, quotes, and shipping.
• Accurately document and track repairs within the ERP system.
• Maintain repair records and assist with inventory organization and cycle counts.
