Laerdal Medical Corporation is seeking a hands-on Technical Product Repair Specialist in Texas to diagnose and resolve issues so that medical devices and simulation equipment operate safely and reliably.

You will troubleshoot, repair, test, and maintain equipment, document repairs in the ERP system, and coordinate with customers on status, quotes, and shipments, while upholding quality and service standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a technical support or repair environment.
• Two-year technology degree preferred.
• Basic computer networking knowledge and strong software literacy.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, calibrate, and maintain medical devices and simulation equipment.
• Diagnose hardware, software, and networking issues.
• Test repaired products to meet quality standards.
• Support warranty and non-warranty repairs and assist with new product testing.
• Communicate repair status and quotes to customers; document in ERP.
