Job summary

Technical Needs is seeking a Service Depot Diagnostic Repair Technician to diagnose and repair medical devices in a manufacturing environment. The role includes performing mechanical and software upgrades, troubleshooting to board or sub-assembly level, and documenting repairs and parts used in the ERP system.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical troubleshooting and repair experience.
• Proficiency with test equipment such as oscilloscopes, signal generators, and patient simulators.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and diagnostic data analysis.
• Computer literacy in MS Windows, Word, Excel, and related applications.
• Ability to read SOPs, work instructions, and diagnostic data.
