Kelly is hiring a Contact Center Sales Representative in Raynham, MA. You will provide quality customer service, support sales agents and customers, and manage orders and ERP data. The role includes data entry, invoicing, returns, and collaboration with internal teams.

Training new staff and maintaining accurate master data are also part of the scope. The position requires 2–5 years of customer service experience, ERP familiarity, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced setting.
• ERP experience preferred.
• Experience in Medical Device/Biotech is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong listening and customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service and support to sales agents and customers.
• Enter and audit orders; process purchase orders, expired inventory requests, invoices and credit notes.
• Release orders for distribution and provide Return Authorization Numbers for complaints and returns.
• Manage the Customer Service inbox; collaborate with internal stakeholders to support agents and customers.
• Support training and onboarding of new team members.
• Maintain accurate master customer information in the ERP system.
• Facilitate new account setups and handle incoming calls.
• Retrieve and acknowledge payments via portals; liaise with finance for corrective actions.
• Coordinate price resolutions and conduct product research for agent inventory requests.
• Maintain electronic filing and update Standard Operating Procedures.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and perform other duties as assigned.
