Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor and route all incoming emails to the appropriate departments.
• Enter quotes, orders, and other information into the ERP system.
• Create and modify customer contracts as required.
• Generate up-to-date quotations to support Inside Sales.
• Provide return authorization numbers and instructions to customers.
• Schedule ship dates for orders within guidelines.
• Participate in meetings and process-improvement efforts.
