Qualifications

• 2–5 years field service or medical device support experience.
• Equivalent mix of education and hands-on experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and test medical devices at customer facilities.
• Perform preventive maintenance, calibration, and safety checks.
• Troubleshoot and repair devices and diagnose issues.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support to healthcare professionals
• Train staff on operation and maintenance
• Maintain service documentation and compliance records
• Ensure regulatory compliance (FDA, ISO) and safety standards
• Manage service territory and coordinate visits
• Maintain inventory of tools and parts
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, and support teams
• Identify opportunities for service contracts or product improvements
