Responsibilities

• Process customer orders, quotations, returns, invoices, and shipping documents.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, and orders via phone and email.
• Perform data entry for purchase orders and customer information.
• Coordinate with customers on billing and support inventory restocking.
• Prepare quotes and assist with sales reporting and general administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of Customer Service experience preferred.

Required Skills

• Customer service and phone handling experience.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in data entry and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent attention to detail and a professional attitude.
