Job summary

Acuity Eye Group is seeking a Practice Manager to oversee daily operations of a medical office, including staff management, training, scheduling, and patient interactions. You will ensure compliance with HIPAA and other regulations while upholding exceptional patient service and clinical efficiency.

Responsibilities include budgeting, resource planning, HR support, performance coaching, and leading daily huddles to align the team with company goals and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in healthcare management, business, or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of related work and staff management experience.
• Operational management knowledge of retail or medical offices and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversees patient census, clinic performance, staff schedules, and doctor availability.
• Prepares and controls the clinic budget to optimize efficiency.
• Develops budgetary and resource allocation plans and ensures compliance.
• Leads HR-related functions including talent acquisition and performance reviews.
• Provides coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to staff.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in healthcare management or related field

3-5 years of related work and staff management experience

Operational management knowledge of retail or medical offices
