Acuity Eye Group is seeking a Practice Manager to lead location operations and guide a team through coaching, mentoring, and performance management. This role focuses on keeping score, driving top-line sales, improving margin, and controlling payroll to meet business objectives.

The PM works with staff and OD partners to ensure professional eye exams, medical services, quality product selection, and acceptance of vision insurance while delivering remarkable patient service.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of leadership experience in a professional setting.
• Business Degree in Hospitality, Business, or related management field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Optician Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor staff to improve practice performance.
• Drive top line sales and profitability by implementing the Acuity Way.
• Ensure professional eye exams, medical services, and patient experiences.
• Collaborate with District Manager to meet financial plans.
• Protect the company through loss prevention and handbook adherence.
