Qualifications

• One year experience in a business or medical related field with heavy telephone usage.
• Ideally will have performed telephone operator or call director duties.
• Customer service experience a must.

Responsibilities

• Answers and directs a high volume of calls using Meridian and Xtend systems.
• Provides superior customer service to internal and external clients, patients, and staff.
• Handles paging, on-call schedules, beepers, and maintains telephone logs.
• Responds to Interpreter Services, TDD calls, and acts as Security Dispatch during off-hours.
• Maintains professionalism and confidentiality.
