Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to internal and external clients, patients and staff.
• Operate Xtend paging/telephone system; input data as required.
• Answer and direct a high volume of calls clearly and professionally.
• Manage on-call schedules, monitor systems, issue beepers, log communications.
• Record and report telephone problems to Lead Technician.
• Act as Security Dispatch and Patient Information during off-hours.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to policies and procedures.
