Qualifikationen

• Understanding of PHI privacy requirements.
• Proficient with PC and EMR software; strong listening/documentation skills.

• Handle inbound/outbound customer calls regarding accounts professionally and efficiently.
• Document calls accurately in company systems.
• Follow up on unresolved queries and callback requests.
