Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years customer service experience, preferably in medical scheduling.
• Outstanding customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with telephone software; EMR systems are a plus.
• Adept at Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and schedule appointments for new and established patients.
• Collect patient information to accurately schedule or reschedule appointments.
• Offer proactive solutions to avoid appointment cancellations.
• Handle new patient intake and explain Center’s services and resources.
• Process and track discount eligibility applications and required documentation.
• Collect payments and support payment plans and bad debt collections.
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance.
