Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a back office within a medical setting or two years nursing experience.
• Strong communication skills with consistent judgement and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Maintain confidentiality and perform Medical Assistant duties as required.
• Assist the Office Manager in developing and implementing clinical policies and procedures.
• Advise Office Manager of problems and participate in problem solving.
• Delegate duties to back office staff and monitor education certifications.
• Schedule monthly back office staff meetings and document outcomes.
• Assist in coding processes and ensure equipment calibration records are kept.
• Lead back-office staff to optimize patient flow and service quality.
• Support clinic efficiency and foster team cooperation.
