Qualifications

• CPOE within 2 weeks of hire if MA certification not obtained.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Teach and evaluate team members’ technical skill competencies using pre-approved methods.
• Conduct orientation to the center, department or organization.
• Train team members to reach predetermined competency levels for the role.
• Collaborate with Training Specialists and Learning team leaders for program quality improvements.
