Trinity Health IHA Medical Group is seeking a compassionate Medical Assistant to support providers in delivering exceptional patient care. You will work directly with patients, assist with clinical procedures, support care coordination, and help create a positive healthcare experience daily.

We welcome candidates with 0–1 year of clinical experience or graduates of an MA program/externship/internship, EMT or Paramedic background, and CPR certification.

Qualifikationen

• 0-1 year of clinical experience preferred.
• If no MA program completed, 2+ years’ clinical experience in a community-based clinic is acceptable.
• CPR certification is required.

Aufgaben

• Welcome and prepare patients for appointments.
• Collect and document patient histories, vital signs, and health information.
• Assist providers with exams, procedures, testing, and specimen collection.
• Administer medications and perform diagnostic testing as directed.
• Communicate test results and instructions to patients.
• Provide patient and family education to support better health outcomes.
• Coordinate care between patients and providers.
• Support quality improvement initiatives and disease management programs.
