Job summary

This role requires MA program or EMT/Paramedic pathway completion, and credentialing options like CMA/RMA/NCMA/CCMA, with CPR certification preferred. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Education must include an accredited MA program or EMT/paramedic path.
• Eligible candidates may have CMA, RMA, NCMA, CCMA, NRCMA, or CMAC credentials.
• 1 year of clinical support experience is preferred; 2+ years acceptable without MA program.

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome patients and prepare them for visits.
• Record histories, vital signs, and health information.
• Assist with exams, procedures, and specimen collection.
• Administer medications and perform tests as directed.
• Communicate results and care instructions to patients.
