Qualifications

• Phlebotomy experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Escort patients to exam rooms and ensure rooms are cleaned and stocked.
• Review and update patient health information for the provider.
• Take vitals, collect specimens, administer injections, and support procedures.
• Coordinate with contracted labs for tests and results.
• Administer approved medications and immunizations as directed by the provider.
• Perform front desk duties: scheduling, records requests, referrals, and chart management.
