Starling Physicians, a physician-led health network, seeks a Medical Assistant in New Jersey. The MA will support physicians and care teams, manage patient flow, prepare exam rooms, and document vital signs and allergies in the EHR.

Comfort with a fast-paced environment and strong communication is essential. Responsibilities include scheduling, inventory, and coordinating referrals in the PMS and EHR systems.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Graduation from an accredited MA or phlebotomy program is required.
• 1 year or less related work experience is required; 2–4 years preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire is required.
• Ability to communicate in English, both oral and written, is required.

Responsabilidades

• Assists physician, PA or NP with patient care and clerical duties.
• Maintains efficient patient flow and prepares examination rooms.
• Schedules appointments and manages patient information in EHR.
• Obtains vital signs and documents allergies in EHR.
• Provides referrals and workflow support in PMS/EHR.
• Adheres to safety protocols and basic equipment operation.
