Responsibilities

• Fields patient phone calls and voicemails promptly and in a professional manner.
• Addresses patient portal and EHR messages within established timeframes.
• Receives and processes patient refill requests based on workflow and clinician input.
• Manages provider’s patient portal messages and sorts into appropriate inboxes in the EHR.
• Ensures accuracy and proper documentation in the patient’s electronic health record.
