Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Address patient portal and EHR messages within defined timelines.
• Process refill requests based on workflow and qualifications.
• Coordinate with providers for unresolved requests and relay information to patients.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EHR and communicate with the care team.
