• 2 years of experience with applicable patient care and administrative duties preferred.

Responsabilités

• Field patient phone calls and voicemails promptly and professionally.
• Process patient portal and EHR messages within established timeframes.
• Communicate with providers or team members regarding patient questions.
• Receive and process refill requests based on workflow and qualifying factors.
• Ensure accuracy and proper documentation in the patient’s EHR.
• Maintain communication with the clinical care team and role model Just Culture.
