Responsibilities

• Supervise 12 Medical Assistants daily.
• Coordinate daily schedules and staffing for the MA team.
• Support implementation of new workflows/processes.
• Ensure effective verbal and written communication across the team.
• Review charge reconciliation related to vaccine coordination.
• Collaborate with the training team to support staff development.
