Job summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking a Lead Medical Assistant to provide leadership and oversight for clinical operations at the 45 Francis Street site. You will supervise the MA team, mentor staff, and coordinate daily workflows to ensure efficient patient care.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Lead the MA team, including training, mentoring, and performance guidance.
Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring proper workload distribution.
Coordinate patient flow, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of care.
Assist with patient intake, including obtaining medical history and vital signs, and preparing patients for examination.
Participate in interviewing for new MAs and serve as a preceptor for new hires or students.
Assist with competency assessment for other MAs and provide input on performance evaluations.
