Job summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking an experienced Medical Assistant Lead at our Danvers, MA site. You will supervise 12 MAs, supervise workflows, and coordinate daily schedules while assisting with patient care and vaccine coordination.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years as a MA, MA Lead experience or similar leadership, and MA certification with BLS preferred. This onsite role offers a 8:30 AM–5:00 PM schedule and competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of medical assistant experience.
• Certified Medical Assistant is preferred; BLS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in complex office-based procedures and provide clinical oversight for quality control programs.
• Lead the medical assisting team, including training, mentoring, and performance guidance.
• Coordinate patient flow and manage daily MA schedules; room patients as needed; support site leadership.
