We are seeking an experienced Medical Assistant Lead to join our team, working Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:0 PM. This position includes direct supervision of 12 Medical Assistants and plays a key role in fostering a supportive and efficient clinical environment. In this position, you will oversee and coordinate the daily schedules of the Medical Assistants, support the implementation of new workflows and processes, and ensure effective verbal and written communication across the team.
Other primary responsibilities include reviewing charge reconciliation, assisting with vaccine coordination, and collaborating closely with the training team to support staff development. This role requires strong organizational skills, time management, and flexibility to adapt in a dynamic environment.
