Qualifications

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) is required.
• BLS certification preferred.
• 3–5 years of medical assisting experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to the medical assisting team, including training, mentoring, and performance guidance.
• Coordinate patient flow and ensure timely, efficient delivery of care.
• Assist with patient intake, including obtaining medical history, vital signs, and preparing patients for examination.
