Job summary

Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital Corporation is seeking an Administrative/Clinical Support professional to perform routine clerical duties and assist with patient visits. Responsibilities include check-in/check-out, appointment scheduling, patient intake, vital signs, and basic procedure assistance.

Onsite role with standard clinic hours. Qualified candidates will have a High School Diploma or equivalent and experience with Office Suite; BLS/CPR may be preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Basic proficiency with Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience in healthcare office environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine administrative and clerical duties relating to a clinical service.
• Assist in minimally invasive procedures.
• Make patient appointments and maintain appointment records.
• Greet and assist patients.
• Perform patient intake including vital signs.
• Answer telephones, assist callers with routine inquiries, and schedule appointments.
• Process patient forms and scan into medical records.
• Handle mail and faxes; document in electronic medical record.
