You will supervise RN peer review and respond to changes in clinical practice, equipment, and workflows. The position may include direct clinical support as needed under nursing leadership.

Qualifikationen

• Medical Assistant Certification and clinical experience exceeding 5 years.
• Ability to relate well to people from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong skills in teaching, correcting, and encouraging learners.
• Excellent written and oral communication abilities.

Aufgaben

• Develop and deliver structured training for new and existing Medical Assistants.
• Provide education ranging from professionalism and patient communication to advanced MA clinical skills.
• Offer individualized instruction based on learner experience and competency.
• Utilize classroom, demonstrations, hands‑on practice, simulation, and supervised clinical experiences.
• Teach policies, procedures, workflows, safety standards, and expectations.
• Serve as a clinical resource and mentor during onboarding and development.
• Assess hands‑on MA competencies and provide timely feedback.
• Maintain competency documentation and support coaching as needed.
• Collaborate with leaders to update new hire orientation and ongoing training materials.
