Job summary

Pediatric Associates, Inc. is seeking a Medical Assistant Educator to design and lead training programs, mentor Medical Assistants, and support clinical growth across multiple clinics in Washington.

You will build skill development, teach Basic Life Support, and promote a culture of safety and excellence. This full-time role travels between clinics to deliver hands-on training, onboarding, and ongoing education in collaboration with the Staff Development Team, while maintaining Allegro's

Qualifications

• Active CMA license required.
• Completion of an accredited Medical Assisting program.
• High school diploma or GED or higher.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead training programs for Medical Assistants and clinical staff.
• Mentor and develop new and current staff.
• Provide ongoing education, retraining, and skill development.
