Job summary

MACT Health Board Inc. is seeking a Lead Medical Assistant to provide clinical leadership in a busy medical setting. You will train and mentor Medical Assistants, support providers, and ensure smooth patient flow through front and back office processes.

The role includes performing patient intake, assisting exams, basic lab work, and maintaining supplies. A CCMA with BLS/ALS and strong teamwork is required, with standard hours across weekdays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Current CCMA certification.
• Minimum of one year experience as a CCMA.
• Current BLS/ALS certification.
• Must pass Occupational Health Screening.
• Valid I-9/e-Verify compliant ID.
• Clean DMV driving record and MACT driving eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead MA team and training sessions.
• Ensure MAs support Providers.
• Escort patients and complete Intake tasks.
• Assist providers with exams and procedures.
• Perform basic labs and phlebotomy testing per policy.
• Maintain equipment inventory and supplies.
• Support front and back office processes.
• Participate in morning and afternoon team huddles.
