Job summary

Pinnacle Fertility in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant to support patients throughout their fertility journey. This onsite, full-time role supports procedures, education, and the multidisciplinary team to ensure compassionate care at every step of the path to parenthood.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, Medical Assistant training, and BLS/CPR certification, with preferred phlebotomy or ultrasound experience. Mon-Fri, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of a Medical Assistant program strongly preferred.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
• Experience as a Medical Assistant preferred.
• Phlebotomy experience is a plus.
• Ultrasound experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency with computers and electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
• Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to empathize with patients.
• Hourly rate: final offers based on experience, skills, and qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in patients, verify medical history, and update their information.
• Support front desk operations as needed, including patient check-in and other administrative tasks to ensure a welcoming and seamless patient experience.
• Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations, procedures, and treatments.
• Perform diagnostic tasks such as taking vital signs, drawing blood, and administering injections.
• Prepare examination rooms and ensure equipment and supplies are stocked and ready.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records (EMR).
• Coordinate and schedule patient appointments, including follow-ups and referrals.
• Educate patients on treatment plans, medication protocols, and preventive care measures.
• Adhere to infection control and safety standards to maintain a clean and organized environment.
• Assist with inventory management and clinical supply ordering.
• Respond to patient inquiries and provide outstanding customer service.
• Perform other duties and support special projects as assigned.

We are seeking a Medical Assistant to join our dedicated team at Pinnacle Fertility - Ohio in Cincinnati, OH. This full-time, onsite role working Monday - Friday from 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM.
